Why Buy a Protection Plan?

Most of our items come with a standard manufacturer's warranty which usually lasts about a year on average. However, purchasing a protection plan can be beneficial for several reasons:

1.) Avoid long, complicated claim processes from traditional protection companies

2.) We offer the option of a 2 Year, 3 Year, or a 5 Year protection period

3.) We cover accidental damage, while manufacturer's warranties do not

4.) We offer 100% parts and labor coverage

5.) If we can’t repair your item, we’ll completely replace it promptly

3 Ways to Add a Protection Plan to Your Order:

1.) Use the Buttons to Add to Cart: You can simply click the button to add a 2, 3, or 5 year extended warranty to your order. These buttons can be found above the "add to cart" button on any product page.

2.) Over The Phone: You can add a protection plan by ordering your mobility product over the phone. Simply ask your customer service agent to add your desired warranty to your order.

3.) After Your Purchase: Forgot to add one to your order? It's not too late! Purchase a Protection Plan up to one week after receiving your item by calling or emailing us.

Isn't the Restore Mobility Protection Plan just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?

No: It is an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. Our protection plan offers benefits that are not offered by manufacturers such as accidental damage.

What's the catch?

There’s no catch. Once you purchase a Protection Plan, we cover the parts and labor for repair or replacement.

When does the coverage start?

Coverage starts on the date of purchase.

Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?

Yes! The protection plans are transferable between owners.

What is not covered?

Unfortunately, we will not cover lost or stolen products, gross misuse & consumables such as tires, batteries, etc.

Is there a service fee when I need to use my Protection Plan?

No.

What happens in the event that my product breaks?

If your item breaks, simply contact us by phone, email, or chat. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue, then we’ll arrange the repair or replacement. We have a nationwide network of qualified technicians who can come directly to your home, covering all lower 48 states. You’ll never have to worry about shipping your equipment back—we handle everything to ensure your repair is completed quickly and professionally.
