Most of our items come with a standard manufacturer's warranty which usually lasts about a year on average. However, purchasing an extended warranty can be beneficial for several reasons:
1.) CPS offers a 2 Year, 3 Year, or 5 Year warranty
2.) CPS warranties cover accidental damage, while manufacturers warranties do not
3.) CPS offers 100% parts and labor coverage
4.) CPS will completely replace your item if they can't fix it

Other Frequently Asked Questions:
Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?
No: It is an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that are not offered by manufacturers such as accidental damage.
What's the catch?
There really isn’t one — the process is simple. Just purchase your warranty and contact us if your item breaks during the coverage period. CPS will arrange the repair or replacement of your item and cover 100% of parts and labor.
Please note:
For most standard non-motorized products like manual wheelchairs and rollators, there is no deductible or claim fee.
However, for mobility products such as scooters, power wheelchairs, and similar equipment that require a motor, CPS requires a $125 service fee per approved claim. This fee helps cover the cost of sending a technician to your home for diagnosis and service.
When does the coverage start?
Coverage starts on the date of purchase.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
What is not covered?
Unfortunately, the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, gross misuse & consumables such as tires, batteries, etc.
Is there a service fee for the Replacement and Repair plans?
Standard non-motorized equipment has no deductible or claim fee.
For mobility products (including scooters, power wheelchairs, or anything with a motor), a $125 service fee applies per approved claim.
