But the most favorable thing is the outstanding customer service from Restore Mobility, I had occasion to contact Restore Mobility on several occasions and was amazed at the speed of response from the owner himself - Evan Drake - and Mr. Drake's willingness to resolve any issues to my satisfaction. Very sturdy, well-engineered, versatile machine. Not cheap, but for any disabled person who wishes to have the option of putting it in the car boot, or taking it on the train or taxi cab, it is money well spent.

Would recommend others to use your store. Ordered the scooter and received it within time frame that is promoted. The scooter is high quality that will last for a long time.
I am very happy with this scooter. I was worried about it climbing our long driveway with a fairly steep section but my 200 lb son made it up the hill with the speed on setting 3. This model is not the same as the one shown in the video on how to unbox it and set it up. The one in the video has a digital display. This one does not. I don't know if that display is something that can be added later.
I like it. But I wish it had a basket so I could carry things
My wife and I have owned and used ours for 5 - 7 years and have enjoyed the freedom they have given us. We have not had any problems with them. We have taken them on airplanes, with no problems. You can check them at luggage check in at the airport or ride them up to the door of the plane and the bagage people will load them from there. We used them Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, Branson MO and many other locations.
After getting the chair assembled, l tried it out by driving it around my garage just to function test it. I was impressed. It is light weight but sturdy, maneuvers well in tight spaces, and l like the variable speeds. The end user likes it for comfort and is still getting used to what it can do.
