For extra cost, we can offer you and extended warranty through our parter named CPS Warranties (Consumer Priority Service).

Most of our items come with a standard manufacturer's warranty which usually lasts about a year on average. However, purchasing an extended warranty can be beneficial for several reasons:

1.) CPS offers a 2 Year, 3 Year, or 5 Year warranty

2.) CPS warranties cover accidental damage, while manufacturers warranties do not

3.) CPS offers 100% parts and labor coverage

4.) CPS will completely replace your item if they can't fix it

Here's How It Works:

     You can place your order for your mobility product online or over the phone, then you will receive your purchase confirmation email, but then a second warranty offer email will arrive in your inbox. After that, you can purchase the warranty of your choice. If you do not wish to add a warranty, simply ignore the email. Alternatively, you can add an extended CPS warranty by ordering your mobility product over the phone. Simply ask your customer service agent to add your desired warranty to your order.
     In the event that you need to use your warranty (aka: file a claim) to repair your item, you can call Restore Mobility at 1-800-971-5369 and let us know that you need to use your CPS Warranty, or you can call CPS directly at 1-800-905-0443. Upon activating your claim, there will be a $125 dollar service charge, and then CPS will arrange all of the logistics for the repair or replacement of your item. 

Other Frequently Asked Questions:  

Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?

No: It is an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that are not offered by manufacturers such as accidental damage.

What's the catch?

There is none! It's very simple. Just purchase your warranty, contact us if your item breaks during your warranty period, and pay a one time $125 service fee. Then, we will cover the parts and labor to send someone out to repair your item. If we can’t fix your item, we’ll replace it!

When does the coverage start?

Coverage starts on the date of purchase.

Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?

Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.

What is not covered?

Unfortunately, the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, gross misuse & consumables such as tires, batteries, etc.

Is there a service fee for the Replacement and Repair plans?

Yes, there is a $125.00 service fee at time of claim for any manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters or other medical equipment.

What happens if my product breaks?
