Standard features include:
Wheel locks
Easily accessible by the seated user at the front of the frame. Wheel locks prevent the wheelchair from rolling forward or backward.
Caregiver Braking System
Operated by bicycle style locking brake levers located at the push handles, these handbrakes provide the caregiver control, security, and convenience when descending or pausing on a slope.
Swing-Away/Removable Leg Rests
The leg rests that you see in the photos come standard, but there is an option for elevating rests if needed.
Solid Flat-Free Tires
The Feather Chair comes standard with wheels that have solid polyurethane tires. The optional quick release wheels also come with solid polyurethane tires.
One Back and Seat Overlay
Comes standard with one 1" back and seat overlay.
Armrests
The Feather Chair comes with built in padded armrests for extra comfort.
Shipping After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.
Returns If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 2.9% processing fee. Some items may have no restocking fee, while others may have a restocking fee ranging from 5% to 25%. Since every vendor is different, please inquire about your specific item for more details. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Package Refusal If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.
Package Undeliverable If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.
Damages/Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.

Ease of chair
Actually got to try chair for first time today. Was wonderful for both of us to use. For me loading in the car, compact of the chair and ease of motion and turning corners. For my husband, being able to push himself and turn with was great. We love it!

Great Chair
This chair is all I expected it to be. It is wide and with the extra seat and back cushions I purchased it is quite comfortable. I have MS and I find it easy to get the chair out of the trunk of my SUV, but it's awkward shape makes it difficult for me to lift into the trunk by myself. I did get the quick snap-off wheels and they are easy to get off, but quite difficult to get back on, so that doesn't help.

Great Wheelchair
We loved this wheelchair right out of the box! It's perfect for my wife's use and for me her care giver. It's super comfy for her and easily handled by me. Unlike heavy chairs, I can lift this easily in and out of the car. Well worth the money.

Good product
Everything is as advertised. Only issue is how the foot pieces attach. You have to gently force them on due to conflicts with the welds. This area differs from pictures of the wheelchair.
