About the Geo Cruiser LX
Now you can do more with the Geo Cruiser LX lightweight foldable electric wheelchair. Attend family gatherings, go shopping, visit museums, fairs, and other social events with the confidence that you will be able to enjoy yourself by gaining more independence with your mobility.
The Geo Cruiser Wheelchair is FDA cleared and allows you to get around easily and safely. It only weighs 53 lbs without battery and 59 lbs with battery. Its patented design allows the LX to be folded and unfolded in seconds.
It's compact and portable enabling easy transport in the trunk or hatchback of most vehicles, as well as an SUV, van, bus, train, or boat. Furthermore, the battery meets government regulations for safe air travel, and in most cases, you can ride the Geo Cruiser directly to the boarding terminal.
The LX is our mid model with support for up to 330 lbs. It has a higher backrest and more room between the armrests than the DX. It features an adjustable four-position backrest, three-position footrest, and right and left adjustable leg guards. The Geo Cruiser LX is easy to set up and only requires you to connect the "Quick-Release" joystick, and you’re ready to go.

The Geo Cruiser comes with a limited warranty and the following coverage:
Frame - Five (5) years
Mechanical Parts: One-year (1) year parts and labor
The Joystick controller and cable assembly will not be warranted if there is physical damage to the joystick, connector pins, connectors or cable. Any damage physical damage to the plastics will not be covered.
Battery: One-year (1) year parts and labor

Warranty Exclusions
Failure to follow the proper use, operation, and maintenance
The use of non-authorized parts
Mechanical damage caused by an accident or misuse.
Consumables such as the inner core and outer tires as well as bearings are not covered
Any unauthorized changes to vehicle design.
Any damage caused by a natural disaster such as a flood, earthquake, or fire will not be covered.
This limited warranty does not cover normal maintenance service or periodic adjustments required for normal use.
Shipping After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.
Returns If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for two fees: return shipping and, in some cases, a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, ranging from none to 5%-25%. Since each vendor has different policies, please contact us for details about your specific item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Package Refusal If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.
Package Undeliverable If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.
Damages/Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.
