        Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; including platform, seat post, and frame.

        One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product. Batteries also carry a (1) year warranty.

        Motor: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty does not apply. (An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter).
        The batteries that are purchased separately or in addition to the batteries provided with the scooter are warranted by EV Rider
        for one year after the purchase of the Unit with the exception of the Stand-N-Ride scooter.

        WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter. This Warranty excludes:
        • Batteries that are provided free with the scooter. See the EV Rider invoice/packing slip for additional detail.
        • Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers, etc.)
        • Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, or storage commercial use or use other than normal.
        • Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
        • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from EV Rider, LLC.


        Owner's Manual


        After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.

        If you have any issues with your item, we are only a phone call or email away. We are happy to offer you a return within 30-days of the date of purchase. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and a 2.9% processing fee. Lastly, some items may have no restocking fee, but some items may have a restocking fee that ranges anywhere between 5% to 20%. Every vendor is a little bit different, so please ask about your specific item for more information. To start a return, you can contact us at or give us a call at 800-971-5369. To qualify for a return, the item must be in new/unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories are non-refundable. Please also note that Journey UpBeds and Perfect Sleep Chairs are non-returnable items.

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.

        If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.

        Fantastic Transportation for Old Farts

        Looks great, rides good and goes everywhere. Thank you for carrying such a great product. It arrived in one piece with battery fully charged ready to go. Only thing missing was a little carry bag for adds and ends but the supplier - Suncoast Mobility came to the rescue and provided it.

        Excellent Product

        This mobility scooter is an excellent product! I purchased it for my 80 year old mom who has limited mobility and I wanted her to be able to come out and about with me to go shopping and have some outdoor activity. It is perfect. Small enough and strong enough to go into grocery store aisles, navigate sidewalks and even get inbetween tables at restaurants. It folds and unfolds really easily with a couple of levers and the controls are very simple to use. The only downside I must mention to be fair to anyone considering this product is that it is very heavy to lift in an out of a car. It weighs between 44-70lbs according to various online product information resources depending on weight with or without battery (of course when you are using it the battery is included in the overall weight), therefore my mom, or any elderly person with limited mobility, arthritis or any degree of frailty will not be able to lift it into and out of a vehicle. My mom is never out on her own so my husband and I are able to lift it out of the car, set it up for her (takes 10 seconds to unfold) and then she can ride it about independently. The same procedure applies at the end of the outing, she cannot fold it up or lift it back into the car on her own. I have this product a five star review because other than the weight issue the product itself is fantastic and she enjoys using it.

        I want an extra battery, I purchased one, at the time of order, my husband says it is not the right one. I wrote the seller and no response. Not happy with them over that. I like the scooter. I am short 5-3-1/2...size my opinion not good for a much larger or taller person. (exercising for mobility compromised person often difficult so yes, sometimes weight has been put don't want to walk in their saying if you are heavier, I don't think this one is a good option.

        I’ve had this scooter for two years. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Slick looking, nice that it’s narrow enough to walk next to someone on the sidewalk. I’ve used it as my “wheelchair” on airline flights riding right up to the airplane doors and the luggage guys took it and gate checked it like A baby stroller as soon as the flight landed they would bring up my scooter along with the other baby carriages the only bad thing was that it had no attachment for canes but luckily my handy-dandy husband was able to rig up something with tie wraps and cane holders from other types of rollators /wheelchairs. I’ve taken it to California to visit my grand child and on a trip to Las Vegas it really has been a fabulous machine Unfortunately I have multiple sclerosis and my body continues to get Stiffer and stiffer unfortunately I can’t manipulate my body into the EV rider anymore but it was the best ride, the best scooter I’ve ever had
